Présentation
Fabienne and Philippe welcome you.
Both in the dining room and in thte hotel Fabienne and her team will give you a warm and considerate welcome. The bedrooms invite you to rest and relax in a calm atmosphere. The authentic charm of these old buildings harmonises pleasantly with necessary modern comforts. The window boxes of geraniums in the summer and heathers in the winter contribute to the overall ambiance. In the summer, when nature is being generous, Fabienne devotes herself to gardening and sees to the floral decoration throughout the establishment.
Behind the scenes Philippe and his staff create an authentic menu with an aroma of the surrounding lands. Following the rhythm of the seasons you will taste asparagus from Sologne, chanterelle mushrooms from our undergrowth and blueberries from Aubigny. If game has the lion’s share in the autumn, the chef certainly has nothing against promoting produce from other regions such as lobster, bass, red-mullet and the flavoursome scallops. Exotic fruits are also honoured at the first signs of the wintery weather when our taste buds request a few rays of sunshine.
This beautiful inn and its excellent food may be discovered during a weekend, a family trip, an intimate dinner for 2 or simply with friends.
